What we store
Your email address, the projects you create (site name, URL, token), feedback comments and any images attached to them, the email addresses you invite or add to notification lists, and billing records held by Stripe.
Who can see it
Project owners and the collaborators they invite can see a project's feedback. On sites with "open feedback" enabled, anyone with the share link can read and add comments after entering a name.
Avalanche Creative staff can access all projects for support, moderation and abuse handling. This access is limited to designated operators and is logged.
We send sign-in codes and comment notifications. You control notification recipients per project.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a comment removes it and its images. Deleting a project removes all of its feedback. Contact us to delete your account.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
